About the role

Own client accounts end-to-end — strategy, calendar, creative direction, reporting

You will own end-to-end social media for 4–6 India + global client accounts as their strategic lead. Build content calendars, plan and execute campaigns, direct the design + video team on creatives, coordinate with clients on approvals, and report on performance monthly. You’ll also mentor 1–2 Social Media Associates on your pod and set the creative direction for their accounts. We manage Rs 8Cr+ in ad spend and 100+ D2C brands — you’ll shape strategy for real client accounts from day one.

Responsibilities

What you will do day-to-day

  • Create and manage social media content calendars for 4–6 client accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X)
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns end-to-end — brief, produce, launch, measure
  • Manage client social media accounts as their strategic partner — quarterly reviews, roadmaps, campaign strategy
  • Schedule posts across platforms via Buffer, Hootsuite, Planable, Later, or Sprout Social
  • Coordinate with the design team on creatives — brief, review, approve, publish
  • Guide the team on creating engaging creatives and short videos — set the creative direction, review outputs
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, growth, reach, ROI
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, format changes, algorithm shifts, and platform features
  • Mentor 1–2 Social Media Associates on your pod — review their work, coach on strategy
  • Pitch and execute creative campaigns + collaboration + influencer partnerships
What we’re looking for

Skills, experience and mindset

  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media accounts — agency or in-house brand side
  • Fluency with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X from the creator + brand-manager side
  • Buffer / Hootsuite / Planable / Later / Sprout Social — at least one scheduling tool at manager-level proficiency
  • Campaign planning — briefs, timelines, budget, creative direction, launch, measurement
  • Content calendar leadership — monthly strategy, weekly batches, asset flow, approvals
  • Strong copywriting in English (Hindi a plus); brand-voice sharpness across B2B + D2C + lifestyle
  • Client-facing communication — comfortable running QBRs, campaign kickoffs, quarterly strategy sessions
  • Creative direction — can brief a designer or video editor with clarity; can review + iterate creative work with taste
  • Performance reporting — engagement, reach, follower growth, ROI, share-of-voice, competitor benchmarks
  • Cultural fluency on Indian + global trends, festivals, news cycle
  • Nice to have: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, influencer partnership experience, paid social experience
