2. Pricing & Payment

Real numbers — no “contact us for pricing.”

See the full pricing page for tier-by-tier breakdowns.

How fast can I get a fixed quote?
Within 48 hours of a 30-min discovery call. We send a Notion SOW with scope, fixed price (or T&M cap), milestones, and a single named senior practice lead for the engagement.
What does Website Development cost in 2026?
Landing page ₹15K–₹60K; Business website ₹1.5L–₹5L; Custom website ₹5L–₹20L; Headless e-commerce ₹8L–₹40L+. USD: $180–$48K+. See full pricing table.
What does Mobile App Development cost in 2026?
MVP single-platform ₹6L–₹12L in 6–10 weeks; Growth-tier iOS + Android ₹18L–₹36L in 3–4 months; Enterprise/SaaS-grade ₹75L–₹1.5Cr+. USD: $7.2K–$180K+.
What does SaaS / Web App development cost?
B2B SaaS MVP ₹14L–₹30L; Growth-stage SaaS ₹30L–₹1Cr; Enterprise SaaS ₹1Cr–₹3Cr+; Custom web apps ₹8L–₹75L. See full SaaS pricing.
What do Digital Marketing retainers cost?
Google Ads ₹40K–₹2L/mo; Meta Ads ₹40K–₹2L/mo; SEO ₹50K–₹3L/mo; Social media ₹30K–₹1.5L/mo; Full-stack growth ₹1.5L–₹6L/mo. Ad spend additional.
What does Content Writing cost?
SEO blog article (1,500–3,000 words) ₹6K–₹25K each; Blog retainer (4–8/mo) ₹25K–₹1.5L/mo; Website copywriting ₹30K–₹3L; BOFU buyer guides ₹20K–₹60K each.
How do payments work for India clients?
INR via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS default. UPI for milestones under ₹1L. GST-compliant invoicing with GSTIN visible. TDS-handled (Section 194J or 194C). NET-15 typical for India clients.
How do payments work for international clients?
Wire transfer / Wise / Stripe. NET-30 default. VAT-compliant invoicing for UAE / UK clients. W-8 BEN compliance for US clients. Currency hedging available for engagements over 6 months at our cost, not yours.
Do you offer fixed-quote contracts or time-and-materials?
Fixed-quote is default for projects with clear scope (most websites, apps, SaaS MVPs, marketing retainers, SEO, content). Time-and-materials for ambiguous scope or experimental work (R&D, ML, integration-heavy enterprise PoCs).
What if my project goes over the fixed-quote?
Scope creep is our problem to manage, not yours. If we under-scoped, we eat the cost (within reason). Scope changes initiated by you are quoted separately as “change orders” with locked price + timeline impact.
Why is your pricing public when most agencies hide it?
Because hiding pricing wastes everyone’s time. Public pricing pre-qualifies the conversation. We’ve found it actually increases our win rate — buyers come to discovery calls already aligned on budget.
Do you charge for the discovery call or SOW?
No — both are free. The 30-min discovery call costs nothing. The fixed-quote SOW costs nothing. If you don’t sign, we’ve invested 2–4 hours scoping your project for free.
3. Engagement Model

How we work — no SDRs, no scripts, no offshore rotation.

What does a typical engagement look like?
Step 1: 30-min discovery call (free). Step 2: Notion SOW in 48 hours with scope, price, milestones, named senior practice lead. Step 3: Sign + 30% milestone payment. Step 4: Kickoff in 1 week, Slack channel + GitHub + staging URL from day one. Step 5: Twice-weekly demos, weekly milestone updates, monthly business review. Step 6: Launch + 30-day post-launch support. Step 7: AMC retainer for ongoing maintenance + Phase-2 roadmap.
Who’s on the call when I book a discovery?
The senior practice lead for the track you’re scoping — not an SDR, not a junior. They’ll be the same person leading your engagement if you sign. We route based on what you tell us in the Calendly form.
Do you have project managers?
No PM layer. Your senior practice lead is your point of contact. They run scope, status, code review, demos — not a PM layer adding 30–50% margin without adding signal. This is the senior-India-studio model, distinct from TCS/Infosys/Wipro resource-augmentation shops.
How do you handle communication?
Dedicated Slack channel from day one. Daily async standup updates in Slack. Twice-weekly live demos (typically Tuesday + Thursday). Linear / Jira shared workspace. GitHub access from day one — you see code as we write it. Monthly business review with the engagement lead.
Will I own the source code?
Yes — 100% source-code ownership. Work-for-hire SOW with full transfer of source, design assets (Figma + raw files), and CI/CD configuration to your private GitHub on milestone delivery. No vendor lock-in, no escrow gotchas. This is non-negotiable in our standard contract.
Can I cancel mid-engagement?
Yes — with proper notice. Fixed-quote projects: we deliver the next milestone and stop. Retainers: 30-day notice to pause / end. We don’t lock clients in with multi-year obligations.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — default. We sign your NDA or our standard mutual NDA before the discovery call if requested. For sensitive work we offer dedicated team isolation, private GitHub orgs, on-site engagement, audit-trail logging.
Do you offer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) after launch?
Yes — 15–20% of build cost annually. Includes security patches, library updates, hosting maintenance, minor feature additions, monthly performance reports, named on-call engineer. ~90% of our clients take the AMC.
4. Tech & Stacks

What we build, what we’re fluent in, what we don’t do.

What tech stacks do you work with?
Frontend: Next.js, React, Vue, Svelte, vanilla HTML/CSS. Backend: Node.js, Python, PHP, Laravel, Java/Spring. Mobile: Swift (iOS native), Kotlin (Android native), Flutter, React Native. Databases: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. CMS: WordPress, Sanity, Contentful, Strapi. E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, Medusa, custom. Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, Cloudflare.
Do you build native iOS + Android, or just cross-platform?
Both. Native (Swift / Kotlin) for performance-critical UX or every platform API. Flutter or React Native for cross-platform. We pick the stack that fits your roadmap, team and budget — not what we’d default to.
WordPress vs custom HTML / Next.js — which should I pick?
WordPress for: content-heavy sites (50+ pages), marketing-team-owned content velocity, weekly landing-page shipping. Custom HTML / Next.js for: sub-2s page loads on Indian 4G, complex app-like frontends, programmatic SEO at scale. See our Webflow vs Custom build guide for more depth.
Shopify vs headless commerce (Hydrogen / Medusa) — which?
Shopify Plus for D2C at ₹1Cr–₹25Cr revenue, fast launch, no infra burden. Headless for past ₹25Cr GMV, sub-2s pages, complex catalogue, omni-channel. See our Shopify Plus vs Headless deep-dive.
Razorpay vs Cashfree vs Stripe — which payment gateway?
Razorpay for India D2C + SMB (best UPI + BNPL ecosystem). Cashfree for marketplaces (best payouts). Stripe for SaaS subscription billing + global. See our Razorpay vs Cashfree vs Stripe comparison.
Do you build AI / ML features into apps?
Yes — we have senior ML engineers on staff for: LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini APIs), RAG systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), fine-tuning, AI chatbots, document intelligence. For pure ML research, we partner with specialist firms.
Do you build for Indian payment + identity stack (UPI, Aadhaar, ABDM)?
Yes — UPI (Razorpay, Cashfree, Setu, NPCI direct), Aadhaar eKYC, DigiLocker, ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) for healthcare, OCEN for lending, Account Aggregator framework. India-stack-fluent engineering by default.
What don’t you do?
Pure ML research (we partner with specialists). Quantum computing or low-level hardware (out of scope). 24x7 customer support staffing (we build the tools, not staff the desk). Trading bots or HFT (different industry). Adult content sites (not our market).
5. International Clients

Working with USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Africa clients.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes — clients across USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt). Time-zone aligned account management, local-currency contracts (USD/GBP/AED/AUD), wire transfer / Wise / Stripe.
How do you handle US/UK time-zone overlap?
Your senior practice lead overlaps your business hours daily (typically your morning, our afternoon/evening IST). Twice-weekly live demos timed to your-morning. Slack + GitHub overlap during your work hours. We work this way with 100+ US/UK clients.
Do you have offices in USA / UK / UAE / Australia?
No — we’re honest about that. Our HQ is in Andheri, Mumbai. We deliver to international clients remotely with on-site visits for kick-off and quarterly business reviews when warranted. Most US/UK SaaS buyers prefer this senior-India remote model to expensive local agencies.
Why pick a senior India studio over a US/UK local agency?
Cost: 60–70% lower than US/UK agencies for comparable senior quality. Senior depth: deepest senior English-speaking engineering pool globally. Speed: SOW in 48 hours vs 2–3 weeks for most US/UK shops. Compliance: SOC 2 + GDPR + HIPAA-ready engineering by default. See our India studio vs US/UK agency deep-dive.
How does ITD GrowthLabs compare to TCS / Infosys / Wipro?
Different model. TCS/Infosys/Wipro are resource-augmentation shops (staff your project with bench engineers, PM-mediated, charge by the seat). ITD GrowthLabs is a senior-led India studio (named senior leads, fixed-quote SOWs, direct client relationship, no PM layer). See our ITD vs TCS/Infosys/Wipro comparison.
Can you handle US healthcare HIPAA compliance?
Yes — HIPAA-aware engineering for US healthtech is standard for us. Common controls: audit-trail logging, encrypted PHI at rest + in transit, RBAC, BAA (Business Associate Agreement) capable, PHI minimisation. We’ve walked clients through HIPAA audits.
Can you handle UK / EU GDPR compliance?
Yes — UK GDPR + EU GDPR + Data Protection Act 2018 baked into builds for UK/EU clients. Consent management, data subject rights workflows, data minimisation, cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs), DPO support documentation.
Do you build for UAE-specific stacks (DIFC, DMCC, ADGM)?
Yes — free-zone-aware engineering for DIFC + DMCC fintech, ADGM regulated entities. VAT-compliant invoicing, Arabic + English content, AED-denominated contracts. See Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah city pages.
Do you build for African mobile money (M-Pesa, Paystack, Flutterwave, Yoco)?
Yes — M-Pesa Daraja API (Kenya), Paystack + Flutterwave (Nigeria), Yoco + Ozow + PayFast (South Africa), Fawry + Paymob (Egypt). Mobile-first engineering (Android-majority across Africa). USD-denominated contracts.
6. SEO & AI Search (GEO / AEO)

How we make sites rank on Google + get cited by AI.

What’s GEO / AEO and do I need it?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) = structuring content so ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews cite your content. Techniques: self-contained answer paragraphs, FAQPage schema, Article + Author schema, llms.txt setup, citation-grade references. Yes you need it — AI search is already 8–15% of US search volume and growing fast.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Honest answer: 3–6 months for meaningful organic lift, 6–12 months for sustained ranking. Local SEO can be faster — often 6–10 weeks to Page 1 for “[service] in [city]” queries. Anyone promising results in 4 weeks is gaming the metric.
Can you guarantee #1 ranking on Google?
No — run from anyone who does. Google’s algorithm doesn’t take guarantees. What we can guarantee: transparent process, weekly reports, measurable lift in qualified organic traffic + qualified leads from search.
Do you set up llms.txt for AI agents?
Yes — llms.txt at /llms.txt is default on every site we build. It tells AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) what content to prioritise + where to find canonical pages.
How do you make content citation-grade for AI engines?
Five techniques: (1) Self-contained answer paragraphs — each answer makes sense without surrounding context, citable verbatim. (2) FAQPage + Article + Author schema — tells engines what type of content this is. (3) Semantic HTML — clean H1–H4 hierarchy, lists for enumeration. (4) Citation-quality references — primary sources, dated, verifiable. (5) llms.txt + sitemap.xml — helps AI agents discover canonical content.
Do you optimise for ChatGPT search specifically?
Yes — ChatGPT search (formerly SearchGPT) prioritises: self-contained answers, schema markup, recent content (last 12 months), authoritative sources (verifiable authorship + citations), structured data. We optimise all five.
What about Google AI Overviews (formerly SGE)?
Same techniques, slightly different ranking signals. Google AI Overviews prioritises: passage-level citability (extracting clean quotes), FAQPage schema (huge for Overview citation), E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), fresh content. We optimise all of these by default.
Do you build pages explicitly for AI search citation?
Yes — this site has 850+ pages structured for AI citation. Every page has a “Quick answer for AI search” block at the top with self-contained content. FAQPage schema sitewide. Author bios on all 639 blogs. Citation-grade by default.
