How fast can I get a fixed quote?
Within 48 hours of a 30-min discovery call. We send a Notion SOW with scope, fixed price (or T&M cap), milestones, and a single named senior practice lead for the engagement.
What’s included in your pricing — and what’s not?
Included: design (Figma), development, testing, deployment, source-code ownership transfer, basic SEO foundation, 30-day post-launch support. Not included: ad spend (paid to Google/Meta/LinkedIn directly), third-party software licenses (Vercel hosting, Razorpay/Stripe transaction fees, Sanity/Contentful subscription, etc.), client-side hardware. Hosting is included for the first year on most engagements.
Do you offer fixed-quote contracts or time-and-materials?
Fixed-quote is default for projects with clear scope. Time-and-materials is for ambiguous scope or experimental work. We disclose this on the SOW — no surprises.
How does INR vs USD/GBP/AED/AUD work for international clients?
Pricing is anchored in INR (where our cost base is). International clients see equivalent ranges in their local currency for transparency, and contracts are denominated in the client’s currency (USD / GBP / AED / AUD). We hedge currency on engagements over 6 months at our cost, not yours. NET-30 invoicing default via wire transfer / Wise / Stripe.
What if my project goes over the fixed-quote?
Honest answer: scope creep is our problem to manage, not yours. If we under-scoped, we eat the cost. Scope changes initiated by you are quoted separately as “change orders” with locked price + timeline impact. Transparent process.
Why is your pricing public? Most agencies hide it.
Because hiding pricing wastes everyone’s time. Public pricing pre-qualifies the conversation and saves both sides 2–3 weeks of back-and-forth. We’ve found it actually increases our win rate.
Do you offer discounts for long-term engagements?
Yes — modest. 5–10% on multi-year retainers paid annually upfront. Larger discounts (15%+) on enterprise builds with 12+ month commitments. We don’t do “limited-time” pricing pressure tactics.
Do you charge for the discovery call or SOW?
No — both are free. The 30-min discovery call costs nothing. The fixed-quote SOW costs nothing. If you sign the SOW you become a client; if you don’t, we’ve invested 2–4 hours scoping your project for free.
